At Palm Up Palm Down, our mission is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all athletes and people of all fitness levels. We have 3 cages available for rent, or you can rent the entire space. Furthermore, we strive to help our members achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being via individual personal training and clinics.
