All clinics will be held at the indoor facility, Palm Up Palm Down, 4710 Raleigh Road, Temple Hills, MD.

Starting 4/3/2025, running every Thursday 8-9pm

Sport specific explosion work, OPT Modeled Workouts, Strength, Power, and Stabilization.

$25 per class; 

This action packed 3- day Spring Break Camp will take place April 14th- April 16th, 8:30-3:30pm. This camp will train the full baseball player and focusing on core development, skills such as hitting, fielding throwing, base running, and overall baseball IQ.

The fee for this 3- day experience is $175

Starting 4/3/2025, running every Thursday 6:15-7:15pm for ages 10-14.

This clinic will focus on:

-2 Strike Approach

-Footwork

-Fielding

-Situational Hitting 

$35 per session
