* Friendly, low-pressure environment with experienced coaches guiding you
* Fun drills and practice sessions to build confidence and skills
All clinics will be held at the indoor facility, Palm Up Palm Down, 4710 Raleigh Road, Temple Hills, MD.
In Season Skills Sessions

Join Coach Mitch every Tuesday for In Season Skills. During this session players will focus on 2 strike approach, footwork, fielding, and situational hitting.

Baseball Skills Training w/ Coach Diory
Come join Coach Diory on Thursdays for group hitting. During this hour long session players will focus on situational awareness, developing and mastering a hitting approach, and honing skills on balance, hip engagement and much more.

Catching Clinic w/ Luis Martinez
Join Coach Luis Martinez Friday September 19th at 7pm.
During this catching clinic session players will focus on blocking, framing, receiving, situational awareness, and mindset.

Infield Skills Development w/ Coach Lou
Coach Lou is returning to the DMV for two sessions. Take your game to the next level! Join us for the intensive infield skills session with Coach Lou. These training sessions will hone in on footwork, backhand, forehand, and shallow, and mindset. Ages 8-15 are welcome. Join us for 1 session for $150 or take advantage of 2 sessions for $275.
