Facility Memberships

You must be at least 18 years old to become a member of our facility. A parent can purchase a membership for the sole benefit of their child. A parent or guardian must accompany their child to and during every visit within the membership. Failure to do so will result in termination of visit. 

No, there are no trial periods, and no refunds will be given under any circumstances. 

Membership holders are free to book their visits whenever there is availability on the facility calendar. A membership visit cannot override any pre-existing facility program.  

Upon payment of your membership, you will receive an email that outlines how to book your visits for your membership tier. 

Every membership regardless of date acquired will be valid for a minimum of 30, 180, or 365 days depending on which membership was purchased. The 10 visits must be completed within the 30-day window. Any visits not used will be forfeited and non-refundable.
